All content, features, and functionality of Scamflare, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the FlareScore algorithm, are the exclusive property of Scamflare and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services without prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to Scamflare, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content is truthful and not misleading
• Your content does not contain defamatory, obscene, or illegal material

The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against Scamflare.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
